A charming vintage ring from the early 20th century, crafted from warm 18-karat yellow gold. The substantial head (12 mm) is embellished with a decorative structure reminiscent of a braided belt: a refined sequence of pairs of joined rings embracing the central gem.
At the center, a 3 mm natural leucosapphire sparkles, set in a square bezel that enhances its brilliance with geometric elegance. The shoulders branch out into three harmonious branches before flowing into the shank, giving the piece an architectural yet fluid profile.

Leucosaphire: crystalline elegance
Leucosaphire is a colorless variety of sapphire, belonging to the corundum family, the same as the more well-known blue sapphire. Prized for its clarity and brilliance, it is an extremely durable natural gemstone (second only to diamond on the Mohs scale), making it ideal for everyday jewelry.
Over the centuries, leucosaphire has often been used as a refined and more delicate alternative to diamond, especially in fine jewelry. Its allure lies in its crystalline transparency, which discreetly captures the light and lends a touch of understated, luminous class.
